5DAYS/4NIGHTS – TARANGIRE – LAKE MANYARA- NGORONGORO- SERENGETI

DAY1:

Arrival in Arusha/pick up from your hotel/arrival in Arusha at 0830 am for Tarangire National Park (2hrs) for a full day animal viewing. Picnic lunch will be in the park. Tarangire National Park is a gathering of Giants in a picture perfect African landscape. The undulating savannah woodland, dotted with majestic baobabs – many of which are estimated to be over 2000 years old. Tarangire NationalPark has the largest elephant population in Northern Tanzania. And when the dust blows the plains dry, game viewing is nothing less than breathtaking. Late in the dry season, the park hosts the highest density of wildlife of almost anywhere on the whole continent.

DAY 2:

After breakfast we will depart for a full day in Lake Manyara National Park for a full day animal viewing.

This is the loveliest Lake in Africa. The Lake is stretched out at at the base of the mighty Great Eastern Arm of the Rift Valley that runs from Turkey to Beira in Mozambique 6000km long.

Lake Manyara is a home of the famous tree climbing lions and colorful Lesser Flamingos.

Dinner and overnight at the same camp/lodge.

DAY 3:

After breakfast depart to Serengeti National Park via Ngorongoro. Picnic lunch on the way. Animal viewing till sunset.

Serengeti, being surrounded by millions of wildebeest, Zebra and Gazelles is a phenomenon you will never forget.

In their annual migration north they stampede over open plains, plunge into Rivers almost as if they are possessed and are endlessly chased by predators.

The Serengeti is a World Heritage Site, Biosphere Reserve and one of the new 7 wonders of Africa.

More than 2 million wildebeest, Zebra and other predators migrate between Serengeti and The Maasai Mara in Kenya in search for green grass and water.

Dinner and overnight in central Serengeti.

DAY 4:

At 06am get a cup of coffee/tea and leave early morning animal viewing. Most of the animals are active in the morning and late in the evening when the temperatures drop in the savannah.

Return to the camp at 11am for a brunch in the camp/lodge.

In the afternoon drive to Ngorongoro crater via Oldvai Gorge (optional) for dinner and overnight in the lodge/campsite on the rim of Ngorongoro crater.

 

DAY 5:

In the evening drive to Arusha for After breakfast break your camp/lodge and descend onto Ngorongoro crater for animal viewing. Picnic lunch in the crater.

In the afternoon we will drive to Ngorongoro crater for animal viewing till 5pm.

In the evening we will ascent to the rim of the crater for dinner and overnight in your lodge/campsite.

DAY 3:

After breakfast we will leave for Serengeti National Park for full day animal viewing till sunset.

Dinner and overnight in Serengeti.

DAY 4:

Full day in Serengeti.

Dinner and overnight in Serengeti.

DAY 5:

Return to the camp at 11am for a brunch in the camp/lodge.

In the afternoon we will drive to our next destination/Charter flight from Seronera airstrip
