DAY 2: PRISON ISLAMD, DAY NAKUPENDA SANDBANK, SUNSET CRUISE.
At 0900am you will be taken from your hotel for a full day at Prison Island and Nakupenda (I love you) Sandbank. Prison Island was formerly owned by an Arab and was privately used as a place of detention for disobedient slaves. It was built in 1893 as a central prison for Zanzibar, hence the name “PRISON ISLAND”. You will be able to see Giant Tortoises, Dik dik, Peacock, Prison Chamber, Mangrove forest and perhaps swim and snorkel if interested. In the early afternoon you will move to Nakupenda Island and sandbank (30 minutes) by boat. This is the ideal place near stone town where you can relax, swim, and snorkel while enjoying your BBQ of seafood, soft and hard drinks, tropical fruits under the shade of built umbrellas. Lunch will be ready at 1pm. In the evening you will be brought at the shores for an hour break before joining a sunset cruise at 5-7pm (optional).

Another adventurous day to swim with Dolphins.

Around 0900am we will stop for breakfast or drive to Spice farms for lunch before exploring the farms.
